Game Boy Exterior Master Pack

This asset pack contains over 130 unique GB Studio (Game Boy) exterior design assets and tiles, allowing you to create a wide variety of environments/maps such as urban city scenes, rural scenes, beach and tropical scenes, lake and river scenes, and much more. AI has NOT been used in the creation of these assets.!

Assets are hand drawn using GB Studio approved colors and are created on a 16x16 pixel grid. It is important to note that some assets span across multiple 16x16 grid tiles to force the correct perspective. For example, tress cover 2x3 tiles, and car covers 4x2 tiles, etc...

The asset pack also includes 40 floor/wall tiles covering different surfaces such as water, hard floors,  wood floors,  carpets, and ceramic tiles among others.. Water related tiles have been modified to show natural waterline with waves, instead of a straight line. These come in segments of 3 tiles to introduce variety and break the pattern. 

Some assets are drawn in multiple different states. For example, a well can be with the bucket lowered, and the tree can have leaves or only branches showing. The number of these assets is limited.

Some assets come in different orientations, depending on their purpose. For example, assets such as park benches come in different sizes, four orientations, and different configurations, other assets such as car for example, only come in two orientations (left and right).

Furthermore, some assets come in different sizes, so they can be used in different environments and with different purposes in mind. For example, lamp pole comes in three different heights, while flag pole and basketball hoop only in one. The same applies for smaller items such as trash cans, which come in two different sizes.

Again AI has NOT been used in the creation of these assets. All designs are original and are meant to be used in both commercial and private games! The following conditions apply:

• Use these assets in both commercial and private projects (attribution not required but greatly appreciated)
• Modify and change files in any way you like and use those files in both commercial and private projects
• Use this asset pack with any Game Engine

YOU CANNOT:

• Resell this asset pack as a whole or any of its parts separately
• Modify and than resell this asset pack as a derivative work
• Redistribute this asset pack as a whole or any of its parts separately
• Use this asset pack to train AI
• Use this asset pack in Crypto/NFT related projects
