I purchased the 8-ball asset pack earlier, but these assets—especially the tables—cannot be used interchangeably. That’s what you wrote. The tables are different sizes. Adjustments would need to be made in the game. In other words, they cannot be used at the same time. In 8-ball pool, your tables are 1407x801, and in snooker, they’re 1547x760.
The balls are smaller, and the pockets are smaller.
Hi, thank you so much for reaching out! This is correct! Snooker tables are different in real life as well. Pockets are smaller and the table is longer. Balls are also smaller as well.
What we meant by "these can be used interchangeably" is common assets from the game, such as ques (sticks), UI, etc... The idea is to allow devs to make a complete game where the player can choose if they want to play 8-ball or snooker within a same game, not to use snooker tables for 8-ball.
The idea is to make 9-ball in the future as well and give devs a way to make a game about every possible pool/billiard game.
